Edith is married to a man twice her age, and is attracted to a young actor, who pursues her and asks her to divorce her husband and marry him. Her husband, the Baron Pahlen-Montalto, is aware of this and has his own plan to deal with the situation. However, all does not go quite as planned. Filmed in Hollywood with Charles Boyer, and produced on television in New York by Billy Rose with Lee Tracy.
