20th May: Orchestra of the Swan plays Brahms' Serenade Nr.1 in D major

In this performance at the Two Rivers Festival, the Orchestra of the Swan under its guest conductor, Kenneth Woods, will be giving a masterclass, lecture and performance centred around Brahms’ Serenade Nr.1 in D major, in the chamber orchestration by Alan Boustead.

Members of the audience will get the chance to try their hand at conducting and will learn what it takes to put a performance together!

The event will end with a full performance of the Serenade, which will be recorded for release by SOMM Records.
